Should Littleton regulate Electronic Cigarettes?
Should the City of Littleton regulate the use of electronic cigarettes in public places in a manner similar to the current regulation of smoking tobacco or marijuana?
The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) defines electronic cigarettes, also known as e-cigarettes as, "battery-operated products designed to deliver nicotine, flavor and other chemicals. They turn chemicals, including highly addictive nicotine, into an aerosol that is inhaled by the user."
