I like staying with the historic aspect. It's classic/ timeless and best represents what "Historic Littleton" is. It would be good to see a bigger/ cooler entrance/ welcome sign. Something where people really go out of their way to take photos of (think Golden's archway... not saying to do an archway, just something that makes people want to take a picture).
Overall, A is my choice.

Even though we just rebranded Littleton with the new logo, the courthouse as an icon will transcend the logo as a timeless, recognizable brand. Option C might be appropriate of we were more of a high tech / solar tech city... but we aren't. Option B is very modern, but like all modern designs, become outdated rather quickly. I prefer A which would be a timeless option.

A is the only one that is even remotely appealing. I don't understand why this in necessary in the first place.

A is the best of the three. B and C are awful. Honestly. A is OK, but not memorable. Are we going for a "Any Town, USA" style?
We are Colorado!! Why are you not taking advantage of the beauty and nature design palette we already have and mirror that? Make the foothills the iconic shape, not some random swirled lines or pillars! That doesn't make any sense. Red and yellow? McDonalds colors? Why so flashy? Please, guys, browns and greens and burnt colors to symbolize nature. You could take leaves, or tree silhouettes, or mountain peaks. Or the platte river as your base. Use rock/stone as your medium.
I agree Littleton needs a little modernizing...but we need it in the shops (more restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, bagel shops) to crawl fun and appeal, not ugly signage.

I like A best, B and C are terrible. I am also not crazy about the colors. Could yellow and red be used more sparingly? Also this area is small so I do not understand the number of signs. Perhaps the City could post where they plan to put them. Also given the number of pedestrians I would not cater to automobile traffic. Drivers need to focus on roads not very detailed signage. Less is more in this area. I liked the suggestion of art in the city but I am not sure where that would fit either.
Other than that I really appreciate the City putting this info out to the citizens for feedback. Thank you and please continue to do stuff like this.

Like the clarity and general design of the signage in A, but it needs some of the more modern look of B - perhaps the red/yellow logo and the cool sculpture.

Concept A. Keep Littleton's signage clean. Keep it simple. Keep it bright. Concept A is simple, bright, direct and unpretentious.

Of the three options, A is by far the best choice, but the yellow is awful! I fail to see why new signage is needed. Adding signage will just add clutter and detract from the charm and small town feel that is obvious just by walking along Main Street. Sometimes you just have to accept that less is more. Having just had family from out of state in town for a visit, I can honestly say they enjoyed walking along Main Street exploring the shops. The shop owners in the stores we visited were happy we ventured in even if we did not make a purchase. No, we did not go into every shop, and brightly colored signage would not have changed anything, except the visual clutter factor. Besides, aren't the sidewalks cluttered enough with signs, trees, lighting and outdoor eating areas? I can't see any advantage to different/more signage.
