Other - The loss of a beautiful natural area. Thousands of people enjoy the park just as it is NOW. It doesn't need structures, paths, or play areas that limit its possibilities. PLEASE don't hem it in. Let it be natural. We need that.

Jackass Hill park is a beautiful, natural area right now, and we frankly need more of those.... not less. It doesn't need ball fields, playgrounds, pavilions, or anything else that limits its use to the few who want to use those facilities. It is one of the most stunning spaces in south Denver, and thousands of people every year enjoy it just as it is. If you add ballfields, then it will be limited those at games. If you add parking, then you destroy a wonderful wild area. If you add playgrounds, then we take away something that is naturally beautiful in its current form.
All "improvements" are not an improvement. Once you decide to landscape this space or build structures then you can't go back. Please just leave it be. Can't we just enjoy the beauty of this space as it naturally occurs?
