It would be great to NOT have every piece of open land "developed". There is nothing wrong with leaving something as is. If it is developed and parking added, it would destroy the natural , neighborhood feel of this one-of-a-kind peaceful place. There are plenty of other parks..Writer Vista ...right up the road that can provide most of the play land wanted. Don't turn this in to another paved over, crowded, noisy place. The one or 2 times a year that parking is up and down Prince street is just that...one or 2 times a year, July 4th being the biggie. Something kind of nice about just everybody walking home without parking lot nonsense and lighting that will uglify the area.
Leave it alone or at the most, add drought resistance trees and plants.
