Jackass Hill Park should stay in its natural state. The wear and tear was the result of the pandemic when people had nowhere else to go. I envision providing soft/gravel paths to get people off the grass. Ruts in the dirt have caused the paths to expand. I am ok with a curfew but believe it needs to be defined by times instead of "after sunset." The best skies are right after sunset. You could have a summer close time and a winter close time.
