Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Littleton transitioned many services to online options. What were your experiences with these services?
negativeIf positive or negative please explain why.
I own a commercial trucking company. The online services did not apply to me. The services created a delay in my plate renewal as I needed to show documents and didnt know which ones were due until I set an appointment. My vehicles sat for an average of 4 weeks due to licensing unavailability. This is proved to be economically negative for my small company..Would you like the City of Littleton to continue to offer online options?
The City of Littleton's goal is to support community and inclusion. Do you feel that having online options supports community members who have limited mobility and transportation options?
Are there any city services that are not currently online that you would like to see offered?
No response.Did you participate online or by phone in public meetings and would you like this to be an option moving forward?
