I own a commercial trucking company. The online services did not apply to me. The services created a delay in my plate renewal as I needed to show documents and didnt know which ones were due until I set an appointment. My vehicles sat for an average of 4 weeks due to licensing unavailability. This is proved to be economically negative for my small company..
