Littleton City Council confirmed during their February 2, 2021 study session that the Unified Land Use Code (ULUC) is their top priority this year. The current city land use and zoning codes have created growth patterns that aren’t consistent with the Envision Littleton Vision and Comprehensive Plan adopted in 2019. The ULUC will consolidate the city’s regulatory documents, streamline procedures, and emphasize the quality of the built environment throughout the city. As part of the ULUC, the city has hosted a series of virtual webinars to gain input and guide the process. On Wednesday, February 10, the fifth Envision studio drew together community members to discuss the future of neighborhoods as we transition to a Unified Land Use Code (ULUC). Don't worry if you missed it, watch the Webinar by visiting EnvisionLittleton.org and then participate in the polling by taking this brief survey to add your input.
